                                                                  REVIEW

"MASTER STORY-TELLING, PACKED WITH INTRIGUE, COLORFUL CHARACTERS, AND THOUGHT-PROVOKING!"

Inspired by a sad, haunting story told to the author from her mother, Holly Robinson pens a Masterpiece of intrigue that will make the reader think, long after this book is closed. Hannah and Sydney face conflict, and challenges. Why does Dylan spend so much time playing video games, and how did the loss of his mother affect his life?

Did Allen and Hannah make the right decisions after leaving college, and what kind of struggle did Sydney face in her personal relationships? Holly Robinson creates a complete triumph of love, hardship, conflict, and mixed-emotions in an unforgettable story that tugs at your heart as "HAVEN LAKE" is born.

In her third novel, the author paints a colorful picture of the lives of unique characters as she shows how the impact of Vietnam affected family structure, major decisions and emotional relationships, built on the consequences of a war and a generation that changed America.

"HAVEN LAKE" highlights respect, conflict, and a struggle for peace-of-mind as the final curtains close. Most important, this epic novel made for a T.V. series will not only strike a sensitive chord for Baby-Boomers, but for every reader who could relate to the traumatic events that took place of those who were torn between the past, and the present. Highly recommended!
