*****REVIEW ~DELAYED JUSTICE~

By Author Mack Beasley Genre: Mystery http://mackbeasley.webs.com/ http://www.myspace.com/writermack www.shoutlife.com/mackbeasley REVIEW A minister is arrested for the murder of his wife, is he innocent, or guilty of the crime? The minister is an old prison buddy of Mike Blackman, the attorney who is asked to represent him in this criminal case. Mike who is an ex-con, and a recovering alcoholic, accepts to represent the minister, while working as a part-time investigator. Ben Blackman who is Mike's son, works side-by-side with his father to crack the case open. Mike is determined to not allow anything to get in his way if he knows a suspect is framed, simply because of his unfortunate past. Ben knows that his father is intelligent, brave, and will fight at all cost to prove innocence in order to save a life. Mike has complete faith in his son to work as a team, but Ben who is handsome, and quite the charmer, also works with a beautiful lawyer. The gorgeous attorney is single, Ben is divorced, and the fireworks begin as love fills the air. Does love hinder the case? Will justice be served for the minister? If the minister is innocent, who killed his wife? The investigation begins as Mike and Ben search for answers, but who's searching for them? I recommend this novel to all mystery lovers who enjoy thrillers, with dazzling romance. Mack Beasley penned a smart, passionate, and steadily engrossing thriller. The pages are covered in drama, Mike and Ben must clean a whirlpool of lies, and hidden passion begins to bloom. "DELAYED JUSTICE" is as dramatic as "THE RENDERING" and as suspenseful as "THE PLEDGE" with Jack Nicholson. Geraldine Ahearn AIOM HonDG author of 6 books Founding Member ABI Women's Review Board
