~~~About The Book~~~
Virginia's War is the poignant novel of a small American town where, in 1944, the home front had a bit of tarnish on the patriotic bunting and not everyone was eager to join up for the fight. Even so, things did not begin to unravel until Virginia Sullivan learned from the local paper that she had eloped with a soldier already gone to war, something the young man knew nothing about.
