Sara Dean lives in West Virginia with her husband, her two small children, and the zoo full of animals they keep bringing home. They currently have two dogs, five cats, a turtle, and over twenty bats that have made themselves at home there. 


She graduated from Stratford Institute with diplomas in Writing For Children, and Medical Transcription. She also graduated from The Institute Of Children's literature, with a diploma in writing for Children's Magazines.


She completed an internship with Kids News Room and has four books published, including BOBBY BUNNY AND THE MISSING TOOTH, published through AKW Books.
