*****REVIEW ~~RAINDROPS~~

BY Besa Kosova Besa Kosova paints a poetic portrait of life's journey through the unexpected storms, and the calming of a sunrise. "Raindrops" is the Masterpiece of that portrait defining the trials, and tribulations we endure in this lifetime, and how we regain strength to move on. The passages within the pages of "Raindrops" are chilling, emotional, and thought-provoking. The author conveys courage and wisdom, after the storm is over, and portrays inspiration and hope as we begin a rebirth of a new life. "I am stone, nothing makes me cry, I stand strong, tears have run dry." "Raindrops" tells the story of how life was once lived through the eyes of a frightened woman on the dark, horrifying road of lost hope. But, also points out that there is light at the end of the tunnel as long as we believe in ourselves. "After the rain comes the sun. In my new world, the rain has stopped...And the sun has come. The sun has shone." Within this collection of poems, Besa Kosova becomes a master of personalized poetic message. Her poetry is evocative, and compelling. The portrait defines a new inspiration in a memorable form of art comparable to the work of H. W. Longfellow. Geraldine Ahearn, A.I.O.M. author of 6 books Author Geri Ahearn, INC.

  1. Wow, Besa, Geri gave you a great review of your poetry. I love poetry, but I could never write it. I admire those who can.

  3. Sandy and Geri,

Thank you, both! I love poetry -- always have since childhood. I am truly honored with the review I received from Geri. Thought-provoking, huh? When I think back of the storms -- I question the human strength and what we are able to acheive (or go through) in certain circumstances. Now that the stoms have come and gone, I realize that I would never be able to put myself through it again. I also know that I would never be able to write about it - now, the way I did - then. It is also why, I encourage to "WRITE NOW" and not procastinate, because once we lose some moments, we will never write with same power again.

    Thank you again.

    With all my love,
    Besa Kosova

  4. I know exactly what you mean Besa.
    I wrote "Life's Poetic Journey"
during a divorce. I can only say
    this...It was my Writing that
    released All my emotional trauma
at that specific time 2001. It
was also the worst Crisis in my
life--a terrible loss, after spending More than half my life
with someone. So, I sure can relate.
If I wrote that book 5 years later,
    it would be Completely different.
Bravo to your Poetry, because the
reader can feel the emotions & that's a Real Good Mark for Poetry!
    Hugs, Geri
